Excellent stay, perfect location!

The suite had easy access to the outside, a real plus instead of using the elevator. Hot water pressure in the showers was AMAZING!!! The kitchen offered lots of space. I really enjoyed my stay in the suite!!!

The room provided ample space and was very clean. Staff were friendly during check in and out. The hotel location is great because there are many cafes and parks nearby.
The lifts did not work often and the card wouldn't work, thus we would get stuck.

The hotel had easy access to Alianz Stadium and many eateries are very close. Access to Coles and Aldi is simple if one is staying a longer time, useful. The gym has modern equipment.

The staff were always efficient and friendly and tried to give quick access to rooms. Staff was helpful and efficient with all our requests. the service was prompt.

the room was very clean. the full kitchen had everything i needed, it had laundry facilities. i found the carpark very easy to use, i liked the app system for payment.

i liked the full sized fridge, it was very useful. the location were good, shops and places was in a walking distance. the room feels spacious, i felt good in it.
the shower heads was leaking in both bathrooms, it was annoying. opening the balcony doors took effort, it was hard. the internet service dont work, it was so bad.

we booked the studio suite. the kitchen and lounge area was spacious. i used the gym. it was really good as it had every kind of equipment and was in good condition.
The apartment was very spacious, but tired and worn. it was also a little unclean. shower heads did not work properly. I think they need a refresh.
